Yay!  I got to take more pictures for friends!  Such a precious family.  Love them!

Blue eyes, big smile - Happy 1st Birthday!

Look at this cutie!  He's a future heart-breaker for sure.  Can you tell my camera liked him??  Almost every picture I took was great!  His momma brought some toys for him to play with, but he was definitely more interested in exploring the grass and sticks.  I also took pictures of him when he was a newborn.  It's so fun to see how he has grown into this adorable boy. 

Pink Bow Princess

Oh.  My.  Goodness.  I went to visit a precious friend and her daughter today, and was smitten with this little girl's delicious blue eyes and chubby cheeks.  Not sure it gets much cuter than this.

Family photos at Houston Arboretum

This weekend I took pictures for this super fabulous family.  Elizabeth is a photographer, and also has an amazing fashion sense - check out that dress and stilettos!  Evan is a cutie who just turned one.  I was very humbled to try to photograph someone who is much more talented, but it was a good learning experience for me.

Family fun

 I had fun practicing taking pictures of my sister and my boys in different lighting.  It was just before sunset, and I wanted to see what angles would look good.  My dad also snapped a couple pics of us before we left town.  I'm rarely in front of the camera!  :)

Houston Family Photoshoot

The pressure!  Another photographer asks you to take pictures for him!  Our sweet friends wanted to get some photos for their Christmas cards.  They've recently added to their family with a baby boy (about 6 months old) and puppy, so they needed some updated family pictures.  They found a really cool park with a nice nature backdrop, but also a really cool view of the Houston skyline.
